Alan Morris (from "I'm Looking Through You") was also William Walldecker in "A Bolt From The Blue."  (Actor- Leslie Jordan)
One of Jason Trask's bad guy pals in "Strange Visitor" showed up in "Pheromone, My Lovely"--as a copy machine repair guy. (Actor- Jeff Austin)
Louie knows guys who know guys...at least, he did in "Foundling". Then in "Tempus Fugitive", he was a gun salesman!  (Actor- Robert Costanzo)
Lois's landlord (in "Witness") apparently didn't like his job...in "The Family Hour", he was Mishka, Dr. Sam Lane's assistant.  (Actor- Brian George)
Secretary John Cosgrove ("All Shook Up") has also been Jimmy's doctor since Jimmy was a baby...until he got shot in "Target: Jimmy Olsen".
The post office clerk from "Metallo" was working at The Larry Smiley Institute For Love and Commitment in "Just Say Noah"--he showed Lois and Clark to their cabin. (Actor- Brian R. Richardson)
 In "Tempus Fugitive", he was Frank James (Jesse James's brother). In "I Now Pronounce You", this guy had traveled about 130 years into the future gotten a job working for the President. (Actor- Joshua Devane)
The funeral director guy in "Resurrection" just might have switched careers when he showed up in "I Now Pronounce You" as a hotel clerk. (Actor- Oliver Muirhead)
How about that poor cyborg from "Metallo"? He got shot in that episode. Then, in "The Phoenix", he was a cop...and he got shot again! (un ccredited in both episodes)
She was Maize in "The Green, Green Glow of Home"...then a store customer in "Season's Greedings"...then a nun in "Just Say Noah". This woman gets around!  (Actress- Sharon Thomas aka Dean's mom)
Detective Burke from "I'm Looking Through You" got a name change and showed up as Detective Ryder in "Madame Ex."  (Actor- Thomas Ryan)
Max Menken ("Requiem For A Superhero") went into the witness protection program and emerged three years later as Edward Hanson in "Shadow of a Doubt."  (Actor- Matt Roe)
Bertha Emmry in "Ghosts" was also "Elderly woman in "Requiem For A Superhero" (Actress Jean Speegle Howard (Ron Howard's Mother)
