Now that Clark as lost the real Lois, he's determined to find her, with the help of the Lois clone who professes her love for Clark, who of course doesn't love her in return but promises to help her as soon as the whole Lex mess is resolved.

Meanwhile Lex and Lois, who continues to believe his name is Kent and she is Wanda Detroit, go on crime sprees  to collect the necessary resources to transfer their souls into new bodies therefore no longer being chased down my Clark or Superman, until that secret is revealed to Lex after he promises the clone that he can reverse her life span, which he can not. Scared over dying the clone promises to help Clark in taking down Luthor, who now possesses the secret and the true power to take down Superman, by making Lois kill him.
