didn't have a bad date, we had a really

Jimmy has taken a delivery job to help pay the bills, but the job turns out to be a curse when one of his customers is found dead just minutes after Jimmy makes his delivery. Now Jimmy’s a murder suspect, and Lois and Clark are out to prove their friend is innocent. It turns out that a man by the name of Lucky Leon (the man in charge of the company Jimmy was working for) is using his products (ie a “Desk Friend”) as weapons; he has them delivered to customers he wants to kill, and then the products shoot the customers. He even sends complimentary Desk Friends and Bath Friends to Lois and Clark, which (unbeknownst to them) contain satellite video cameras. Now he’s onto their every move, and he’s even throwing false clues their way in order for them to get on the wrong track -- and they’re working. In the midst of this, Mayson Drake declares her love for Clark, and Lois and Clark manage to go out on their first real date, which is “great” but ends with Lois slamming her door in Clark’s face because she’s scared. After working out their issues, Lois and Clark share a kiss on their way to Mayson’s office, seconds before Mayson is mortally wounded by a car bomb. Clark rushes to her side, and she pulls back his shirt, revealing the “S” and, right before dying, whispers the word, “Resurrection.”
