Woody Samms is wanted by the Little Tony, wanted dead more like. And he's attained a rock from Lex Luthor's former spiritual advisor Asabi, that will let him switch souls with another person. At first he was switching with animals, but he figures if he can switch bodies with Little Tony he can cancel the hit and finally walk free in his own body. First he has to switch bodies with the only reporter allowed to interview Little Tony, Clark Kent. But when he discovers what makes Clark...Clark...he decides he wants to keep his body, leaving the real Clark stuck in the body of an old man...and man wanted for dead.
