"You don't need a
partner Lois, you never did."
"Well, maybe not...but
I kind of liked having one."

It's hot in
Metropolis, too hot...given it's
November. A scientist believes
Superman may be the cause of the
heat, that his powers being from the
sun are creating a solar conductor
on the city. When it actually Lex
Luthor is manipulating the city
temperature with a nuclear conductor
as yet another way to try to rid the
world of Superman. After nothing
seems to keep him from using his
powers Superman decides to leave
Metropolis, which means Clark has to
leave which makes Lois realize how
much he truly meant to her, even if
she doesn't want to admit it...even
to herself.
