Penny loves Superman, she's so obsessed in fact that she is determined to figure out his secret identity and after using her computer to figure out the probability she comes up with none other than Jimmy Olsen as a 97% match. So enamored by her beauty Jimmy goes along with the farce, until he finds himself in a situation with a mad man determined to destroy West Virginia because they couldn't think of a more original name. 

Meanwhile Lois finds herself in her own sticky situation trying to pull her husband away from his "super duties" long enough to celebrate his birthday publicly and privately.
